The
twenty-first century is a century focusing on knowledge
economics. Universities, in every country, are
like
coliseums where new knowledge is provided and human resources
are cultivated. The track of
educational development of universities has changed from the
education for the elites to an education for
the
public, from being at the leash of economic needs to developing
educational features, from being
job-centered to consumer-centered, from the mono to the
diversified, from one-time education to lifetime
